We want you to feel confident ordering from Warm Winters. If your item is not right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
You are welcome to try apparel on indoors for sizing and fit. To be eligible for return, items must be unwashed, clean, free from odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of extended or outdoor wear, and returned with original tags and packaging where provided.
To start a return, email info@warmwinters.store with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@warmwinters.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Once an accepted return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
