Returns and refund policy

30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. This return window applies to all Warm Winters products, including discounted or sale items.
To qualify for return and/or full refund, items must be unwashed, clean, free from odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of extended/outdoor wear, and returned with original tags and packaging where provided
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Warm Winters will provide an appropriate resolution.
How to start a return
Email info@warmwinters.store with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions for returning the item. Please do not send an item back before your return request is approved; unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@warmwinters.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an accepted return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since a refund was approved, please contact us at info@warmwinters.store.
European Union customers
Where applicable law provides a separate right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase, including the 14-day cooling-off period for eligible EU customers, those rights are not limited by this policy.
