Warm Winters offers tracked shipping to the destinations available at checkout. The shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates that apply to an order are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it is available.
Shipping options
- Free tracked standard shipping: estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Priority tracked shipping: estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch. The additional charge, where available, is shown at checkout for the customer’s delivery market.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery can be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control. If a tracking update appears delayed, please contact us at info@warmwinters.store with your order number.
